I may have sorta given up on paleo (i’m sticking to it for dinner) but I hope I can get even a little bit close to this. I’m focusing on reducing my carbs through out the day and eating whole foods over processed and hitting the gym five times a week. I do strongly agree with the paleo outlook on eating whole foods and abstaining from carbs and dairy, but I was on the brink of starvation and hated 90% of the paleo things I cooked. But i’m lactose intolerant and in love with carbs so if I can abstain in the evening I hope all will be well. ;)
